Recruiters, this one's for you – Isn't it frustrating when job candidates go cold turkey on you? When did landing A-list hires become a rare Pokémon catching spree?
LinkedIn knows that personalizing every cold message can be a daunting task. When pressed for time, you'd be tempted to use generic templates. And that's how you end up giving off scammer vibes, rather unintentionally.
So that's why LinkedIn's new AI solution will be your trusty time-saving wingman. The Robin to your productivity.
All you'll have to do is login to Recruiter, select your target talent and press the button that says "draft personalized message."
LinkedIn will then generate a highly personalized draft using information from the recipient's profile, details about your hiring company and the job description.
Fret not, this innovative AI integration seeks to leverage recruiters' judgement and augment their expertise, not replace it! In other words, you'll have full control over the suggested responses, which can be further customized by adding a job location, workplace type, salary range and much more.
All in all, LinkedIn's InMail assistant is here to help streamline your engagement with job seekers and allow you to quickly navigate through numerous inquiries.
So chop-chop, the time is ripe for some action. Take the plunge and embrace the hidden potential of generative AI to revolutionize your recruitment strategy.
