Snapchat users can now share Stories with people who aren’t on the app.
Snapchat is literally aiming to be “Everywhere” with this new update
Public Stories will soon have the option to be embedded outside the app’s own borders.
The platform’s aim behind the update is to push further app downloads. This will be especially clear when users click on the embedded Snapchat link, and a “Download Snapchat” button appears on the top left of the page.

However, not all Stories are eligible for entry (yet). Premium Stories produced by media companies will remain restricted to Snapchat, while the stories of celebrities and influencers will be sharable.
But for only 24 hours!
This begs the question, how will embeds for broader viewing actually work with content that is going to disappear in a day?
