Twitter increased its character limit, again 😳

Brace yourselves for even longer-winded rants and intense tweetstorm marathons, where brevity takes the backseat.

Twitter just announced a whopping 25,000 character upgrade for its Blue tick subscribers.

This move comes after Twitter previously increased the limit to 4,000 then 10,000 characters earlier this year.

Another Blue-exclusive feature will be also rolling out, allowing users to incorporate inline images within their longer tweets.

Yet, we can’t but wonder: Will Twitter’s extended character limit unlock the floodgates of spammy ramblings and drown our feeds in breakup monologues?

Or might users just stick with snappy, bite-sized updates and embrace their short attention spans?

To tweet or not to tweet, that is the 25K-character question.

You can get the scoop right here.
