Google sparking AI envy

Available to U.S. shoppers using Google Shopping in its beta phase, Google’s new VOT tech is a clear shot at its rivals who’ve been wading deeper into e-Commerce and AR lenses.

Up next, Google is introducing two new ad solutions: With Demand Gen, your ads will find their way across popular Google platforms (YouTube, Discover, Gmail) thanks to generative AI. 

And if that’s not enough, Video View ads are also rolling out to help you AI-maximize the views of your in-stream, in-feed and YouTube Shorts ads under one holistic campaign.

In addition, the internet giant revealed Search Generative Experience (SGE) in action for the first time, following its May keynote demos, with a focus on travel and shopping. SGE is an experimental feature that utilizes Google’s AI systems to summarize search results into a condensed snapshot.
