Platforms are looking for ways to cover all the users’ needs in one feed. Twitter is adding a search button to the feed, Instagram is testing a merged homepage, and TikTok is testing adding Stories to their For You page.

But how will TikTok adapt Stories to their non-disruptive feed? This is one of the challenges TikTok is facing while looking for the best way to keep a seamless browsing experience. Right now, they’re thinking of displaying stories on the For You page and in the user’s Profile, but nothing’s set in stone yet.
