LinkedIn Premium Pages turn one

LinkedIn is celebrating the first birthday of its Premium Company Pages subscription, and like any proud parent, it’s eager to tell you how impressive its offspring is. But before you break out the party hats and credit card, let’s look at what’s actually happening behind those seemingly positive statistics.

Launched in April last year, with a wider rollout in June, the $99/month subscription offers a suite of features aimed at companies looking to boost visibility and engagement. These include customizable CTA buttons, auto-invite features for engaged users, enhanced Page visitor insights, testimonial displays, and access to AI writing assistants.

The latest perk allows Premium subscribers to invite followers of similar Pages to check out their profile. LinkedIn claims this can boost your company page growth by 6.7x.

More features are coming too, including the ability to highlight business awards and certifications on your Page and in search results.

At nearly $100 a month (or slightly less with an annual plan), Premium Company Pages aren’t exactly pocket change. However, if you’re aggressively hunting for leads on LinkedIn and your business development strategy heavily involves the platform, the investment might make sense. Particularly if you’ve already maxed out what you can do with a regular company page.
