Twitter to block links that direct to hateful content
Twitter is clear: it won’t stand for hate.
In its more recent update to their community policies, the platform has added new link policy regulations that will block links and suspend accounts directing users to content that promotes hate.
According to Twitter’s policies, “hate” is any message, username, image, or video that:
“directly attack or threaten other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease”
