Facebook rolls out site to help advertisers affected by Apple’s IDFA

Given Apple’s firm position regarding the introduction of new privacy changes in iOS and their so-far unsuccessful campaign against them, Facebook is finding workarounds for advertisers to reach their intended audiences.

Since Apple’s privacy changes allow users to opt out from data tracking within iOS apps, Facebook has rolled out a specialized site to aid advertisers to get familiar with alternatives that they can use to monetize their apps in case they are badly affected. Some of the content advertisers can find is:

  • Gaming app monetization guides: Discover how to unlock new sources of revenue for your game
  • Learning tools: Get a complete explanation of app monetization terms in our new glossary
  • Inspiration: See how other app developers have successfully grown their app businesses with Audience Network
  • Guidance on app bidding: The future of monetization is bidding, and here you’ll find information on what bidding is and how you can integrate it in your app business
