It seems like this week is all about Fleets.

The platform was already spotted testing ‘suggested Fleets’ with some users, showing them Fleets from people they don’t follow. This time the platform is trying something quite unorthodox: adding a new, small section underneath tweets that will show Fleets related to their content.

How Twitter decides what Fleets are associated with specific tweets is unclear, although the obvious mechanism could be the usage of the same hashtags. No further details are available just yet, but so far it is interesting to see the ways the platform is trying to push Fleets on its core product.
