Twitter is rolling out a new feature that will show related topics in their ‘Trending Topic’ listings.
While this option is not revolutionary, it will prove beneficial for users and brands as it will give them a better understanding of trending topics by viewing all the angles related to the conversation. It will simply provide a better context into the wider discussion, and ideas of relevant hashtags to consider should they choose to jump on the trend.
It will also give Twitter more breadth to include other relevant topics rather than including repeated trends in the top trending section.
