In an effort to continue enhancing the user experience of the platform amid rising competition from alternative video apps, YouTube is introducing a new feature for creators to mark iconic parts in their videos with a comment.

The feature works like a more personalized video chapters, and allows creators to leave comments at specific moments in their videos. Timed comments are still under testing, but if you are curious to see how they work, YouTube says there is a way you can find them from now:

“To see if you’re part of the experiment, go to the comments section on iOS or Android, and tap the Sort button to select “Timed Beta”.”
